Appointment requests are kept by Clínica PÔEME for as long as needed to handle them and are deleted one year after the last communication, as set out in its privacy policy.

• WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group): if you book by WhatsApp.

These companies may transfer data to the United States. They do so under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
